According to the Shahr-e-Bourse, while the passage of the budget bill in the US suggests that the government shutdown will soon end, the Bitcoin ETF market remains in a state of low demand. Trading data on Monday showed that total capital inflows into these funds were only $1.2 million, a figure that cannot be compared with the strong role of ETFs in the 2025 records.

Institutional distrust persists

Although the US Senate has passed a budget package and the House of Representatives is expected to vote soon, the news has not yet been able to strengthen the confidence of institutional investors.
Even the recent growth of the S&P and gold indices has not had a similar effect on Bitcoin ETFs, and investment flows into these funds remain at a minimal level.

This is not the end of the cycle; It’s a consolidation phase

Analysts warn that the decline in demand does not mean the end of the bullish trend, but that the market has entered the “intermediate consolidation” phase of the 2025 bullish cycle.

Despite the price correction, more than 70% of Bitcoin’s supply is still in profit, indicating that the long-term structure of the market remains bullish.

The market needs fresh liquidity

To start the next rally, the influx of new capital from institutions and retail investors is necessary. Analysts emphasize that relying solely on positive economic news cannot change the trend, as the market will only react with the inflow of practical liquidity.

Accordingly, until new capital is infused, Bitcoin ETFs and the entire crypto market will remain in a calm, shallow and directionless state.
