According to the shahrebours, The Vice President announced the readiness of Isfahan benefactors to build 110 residential units specifically for the province’s elites, and considered this initiative a national model for enhancing public capacities and government policies. Hossein Afshin, in a meeting with Isfahan benefactors and elite activists in the presence of the governor and head of the province’s Elite Foundation on Saturday morning, stated that the goal of implementing this project is to stabilize and sustain the country’s human capital.
He added: “The National Elite Foundation, in cooperation with benefactors and executive agencies, is working to provide elite housing, and the stages of land selection and project location should be finalized by the end of the week so that implementation can begin as soon as possible.” Afshin also noted that similar projects are being implemented in Tehran and several other provinces, and the Isfahan experience can become a national model for supporting top talents.
The Vice President for Science emphasized that supporting the elite is not just a welfare measure, but a strategic investment for the country’s scientific and economic development. He added: “Creating innovation centers and technology towns centered on elites is on the agenda of the provinces, and cooperation between the government and philanthropists in this area can increase the motivation and scientific productivity of elites.”
Afshin, emphasizing the importance of synergy between universities, industry, and elites, announced the readiness of the Presidential Vice-President for Science and Technology to support the establishment of an innovation center in Isfahan, explaining that a joint memorandum of understanding between the Vice-President for Science, philanthropists, and infrastructure institutions will facilitate the implementation of the project.
He concluded by noting that providing housing for elites and other special groups not only reduces welfare concerns, but also helps stabilize the human resource, prevent unnecessary migration, and strengthen social justice and sustainable development of the country.
