Former Foreign Minister in an interview with the Stock Exchange City:
I used my parents’ inheritance for 40 years/My family and I never entered the stock market

The former Foreign Minister said: "In order to never find a conflict of interest, I did not engage in any economic work and mostly used my parents' inheritance. My family and I never entered the stock market or economic fields."

The former Foreign Minister said: "In order to never find a conflict of interest, I did not engage in any economic work and mostly used my parents' inheritance. My family and I never entered the stock market or economic fields."

According to the Shahr-e-Bourse, Mohammad Javad Zarif responded to a question about “Have you ever invested in the stock market?” by stating: “No, I do not comment on issues I do not know about, but in order to never find a conflict of interest, I have not engaged in any economic work in the past 40 years and have mostly used my parents’ inheritance.”

He continued: “My family and I have never entered these fields due to the possibility of conflict of interest.”

The former Foreign Minister also noted about his presence at the Kish Invex 2025 International Exhibition: “Global developments are such that stock market and financial market activists must always share ideas and exchange views with each other and be aware of the latest developments.”
