According to the Shahr-e-Bourse, in today’s trading, Wednesday, December 17, 1404, the dollar price in the free market remained in the channel of 131,000 tomans with slight fluctuations and was traded in the range of 131,250 tomans.
This relative stability comes while the dirham exchange rate did not change significantly, allowing the market maker to control the rate. Market activists believe that the lack of negative political news and the strong presence of the market maker have put the brakes on price increases. In official exchanges, rates are also posted at a small distance from the open market to prevent queues
